The Site is directed primarily at Canadian residents aged 15–30 who are interested in the Youth Empowerment & Skills for Success (YESS) programme. Nothing on the Site guarantees programme acceptance, funding, or job placement.

• View, download, or print Site materials for personal, non-commercial use.
• Submit application or contact forms truthfully and only on your own behalf.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing content.
• Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt Site functionality.
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

5. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT SECURITY

If the Site offers account creation, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, audio, and video (collectively “Content”), is owned by 8231800 Canada Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canada’s Copyright Act and international treaties. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Content as permitted in Section 3. No other use is allowed without prior written permission.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

When you upload or submit any content (“UGC”) you:

• Represent that you own or have permission to submit the UGC;
• Grant 8231800 Canada Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the UGC in connection with YESS activities;
• Waive any moral rights you may have in the UGC to the extent permitted by law.

8231800 Canada Inc. may remove UGC that violates these Terms.

8. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. 8231800 Canada Inc. is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

9. EDUCATIONAL-ONLY DISCLAIMER

Information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, employment, or financial advice. You should consult qualified advisers before acting on any information.

10. NO WARRANTIES

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. TERMINATION

8231800 Canada Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
